Our Story

Just a Chip More was founded in 2020. The Founder, Cole, and his buddy Julian made cookies by hand 12 hours a day both fulfilling orders and perfecting the recipe. After a few months and finally some success despite Covid, they were finally able to hire another friend Michael. Who helped expand the menu to include brownies with and without walnuts.

A new addition joined the team in 2024. Cole’s girlfriend, Lindsey, and is hoping to put into action her dream bakery by expanding JACM’s menu to include innovative, gourmet cookies. With Cole’s ambition, Julian’s hard work, Michael’s dedication, and Lindsey’s cookie craze we are sure to bring you an experience you will remember for a lifetime.

This is a locally owned business that is run by a group of friends that have over 20+ years in the food industry.

Just a Chip More is run right in the heart of their hometown, Raleigh. With their love of sweets, people, and food all coming together to provide the perfect dessert option for restaurants, events, or just a snack after a meal!

We want to give our customers a delicious, sweet and melt in your mouth dessert option. Most of all, we want to provide a wonderful customer service experience as we expand our menu and our client base that carries our products for your enjoyment!
